 Recently my mother became a dealer of Human Heart Nature products. Human Heart Nature is founded by Anna Meloto-Wilk. It is a social enterprise to help Filipinos and our natural resources. A social enterprise is an organization that helps improve the well-being of humans and environment. Add Comment  -Antonio "Tony" Meloto- Tony Meloto Feature Article Antonio “Tony” Meloto was born on January 17, 1950 in Bacolod, Negros Occidental. He lived near shoreline were squatters and homeless people are. His family is low middle class that is why at an early age he was exposed to poverty. Tony had an opportunity to have an American Field Service scholar, so he studied in De Anza High School in Richmond, California for his senior year in high school. He was also able to obtain a Full Academic Scholarship in Ateneo De Manila and finished in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. "I [Jesus] no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my father I have made known to you" John 15:15 For me the verse is about Jesus accepting us to be His friend and not His servant. I feel happy that even though we are inferior next to Him, Jesus considers us as his friends even though he shouldn't have to since He is the Son of God. This shows that God is humble. We see this character trait through Jesus who shows humility towards his disciples whom He considers as friends. |
